With over two decades of rich experience in international business and development, spanning the Real Estate, training, and consultancy sectors, I have honed my skills in (agile) project management & leadership, as well as training & coaching. These years have not only polished my professional acumen but also deepened my passion for empowering others on their quest to find and develop their personal, physical, and professional “home”.

My educational journey has taken me across borders. I’ve studied Business Administration and Communication Management in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. Following my studies in Madrid, I’ve been immersed in both personal and business aspects of Spanish culture. In my career I’ve gained certificates in Project Management, Scrum Master & Product Owner, Gestalt-Systemic Management Coaching, Mediation, Training and many more. Lifelong learning and application form part of my daily practices and understanding of managing change and succeeding.
